Semi-permanent Makeup Policy

All appointments necessitate a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, which will be applied towards your appointment.

A 72-hour notice is mandatory for rescheduling appointments. Only one reschedule is permitted. Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiting your deposit.

Being more than 20 minutes late incurs a $30 late fee. Beyond 35 minutes, the appointment is cancelled, and your deposit is FORFEITED. Rebooking requires a new deposit.

No-shows without prior notice will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the appointment value.

Failure to notify your artist of any contraindications or previous work that prevents the treatment at the time of the procedure leads to appointment cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

NO kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please limit to 1 guest and let the technician know beforehand.

Results vary based on individual factors like skin type, blood type, lifestyle, medications, and aftercare.

Consultation Fees are applied to appointments booked within 6 months. If service is booked past 6 months, the full price of the service is applied.

Initial touch-ups must occur within 10 weeks; otherwise, initial touch-up rates are void, and costs increase due to fading.

Pricing may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a client relationship for any reason, leading to forfeiture of the deposit.

Please do not book Dermaplaning if you have the following:

* Pregnant

*Under 18 years of age

*Laser, IPL, Light Therapy

* Accutane in last 6 months

*Use of Retinol within 1 week

*Active Acne, Rosacea or Eczema

* History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring

* Skin Cancer/Chemotherapy (please consult doctor)

*Tetracycline

*Raised Lesions

* Viral infections and/or diseases

* Epilepsy
